If the Mainstream Media, aka Ultra-Liberal Propaganda Machine, spent 1/10th of the effort 'vetting' such in-dignitaries as Nadmi Auchi, Antoin 'Tony' Rezko, Franklin Delano Raines, Martin 'Tax Lien' Nesbitt, ACORN, etc, as recently spent demonizing Joe 'The Plumber', NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD EVER VOTE FOR BARAK OBAMA. It seems that The Anointed One randomly selected a guy from the crowd at a rally (an obvious Republican plant) and asked him if he had any questions. Since then, Joe 'The Plumber' has been microscopically examined by every Tom, Dick and Harriet that has ever had any aspiration to become a 'journalist'. What a bunch of hypocrites. The messenger has been shot, but the message is alive and well: Obama is a Marxist, intent on the redistribution of America's wealth. He said so himself, live, on camera. The same group of 'journalists' had just returned from Alaska where they bull-dozed every square inch of Seward's Folly looking for even the most minutia of slime to tar Sarah Palin with. The viciousness and hatefulness of these Left Wing zealots is nothing less than atrocious and the main stream talking heads can't wait to get their hands on anything that will make any conservative look evil. What hath God wrought? Poor ol' Joe 'The Plumber' questions the rationality of a tax increase and the next day he is deluged with so-called reporters camped out in front of his house. Has anyone ever even seen Antoin 'Tony' Rezko's picture on CBS, ABC or NBC? No. Why? Because he is a dark-skinned Syrian born Chicago slumlord criminal, whose wife recently purchased the adjoining property of Obama's $1.6 million mansion, on the same day as the Obama purchase. Has anyone ever heard of Nadhmi Auchi? Does anyone know that he is an Iraqi National Baathist Party BILLIONAIRE CRIMINAL now living in London, who 'loaned' Tony Rezko $3.5 million 3 weeks prior to his wife's purchase of the $625,000 adjoining lot to the Obama property? Not many. Does anyone also know that Nadhmi Auchi owns a large stake in the Chicago South Loop Roosevelt Street Redevelopment Project worth $170 million? Probably not, but everybody and their brother now knows that poor ol' Joe The Plumber has a tax lien on his property. Well FYI, so does Martin Nesbitt, Obama's Campaign Treasurer (and former Chairman of the Chicago Housing Authority). Yep. The mainstream media is biased against white people. Furthermore, the hypocrites have no room for shame, because they are full of guile. Take for instance the recent endorsement of The One by Gen. Powell. When Powell was Secretary of State under the Bush Administration, he was ridiculed and pilloried as an 'Uncle Tom', a Bush puppet, liar, etc, but let him endorse Caesar Barakus Obamus and all is forgiven and he has now fallen into the good graces of the Network Propaganda Newspeak Wonks. When all is said and done and after the parading of the New Left Black Poster Child on all the Networks, it should become apparent to even the most naive political observer that the Obama Campaign desperately need a highly respected 'conservative' member of the black community to go on record for Obama. Cynical? Hardly. However, I can't fault Gen Powell for jockeying for a position within the Obama Administration. He has learned enough about politics to know that one must necessarily grovel before the feet of the Anointed One before applying for a job. I admit my disappointment in Gen Powell, who has served his Country with much dignity and honor.

Democrat Voter Bribery?

There is no depth to which the Democrat Party will stoop to win an election. In the United States, it is illegal to pay a citizen to vote in an election, however, the Democrats will not be intimidated by rules or laws. It has now been reported in the Drudge Report (10-11-08) that the Democrat Leaders of Congress, namely Nancy "I'm Totally Clueless" Pelosi and Harry "Nobody Knows What To Do" Reid, plan to entice voters in the coming November election. The latest reports tell of the Democrats' call to convene Congress immediately after the election in order to enact an additional "stimulus" package of $150 billion. The package would include extended unemployment benefits, food stamps and a tax rebate to be paid for with a Windfall Profits Tax on Oil. Of course the Democrats would need a veto proof Congress to do so. In other words the Democrats have now gone on the record of promising money to U.S. citizens if they vote in Democrat candidates this November. Sounds like bribery to me. The sad part is that the Democrats are not ashamed enough to make even a thinly veiled attempt to hide their gall because they have no shame. The Democrats now fall into the category of being beneath contempt. Jail would be too good for them. However, they would be in good company: convicted voter registration fraud members of ACORN who received $800,000 from the Obama Campaign. The Genuine Shutzpah Award belongs to the Obama Campaign, though, since campaign managers are already 'negotiating' with Democratic leaders concerning HIS Presidential 'stimulus' package.

Nancy Pelosi Strikes Again

It seems that Speaker of the House Nancy "I'm Totally Clueless" Pelosi recently declared on TV that, "I'm trying to save the Planet." A noble endeavor no doubt. However, it must be asking too much to expect her to "Save the US" from economic collapse. Following her rant of disparaging remarks concerning the Bush Administration in particular and Republicans in general, the House failed to ratify a plan to rescue failing financial institutions that Congress helped create. Even the most amateur student of the US Constitution knows that the "power of the purse strings" resides entirely in the United States Congress. That is to say that only the Congress has the power to raise taxes and pay Federal Government obligations. So how is it that everything bad in America is the result of 8 years of failed Bush Administration Policies? President Bush can't levy taxes, nor can he spend one dime of taxpayer money on his own, he doesn't have the authority. The God awful truth is that if the Speaker of the House really wanted to pass legislation to rescue floundering Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac from total disaster, she would encourage all Democrat Representatives to back the legislation. The final vote tally was 140 Democrats 'yea' and 95 Democrats 'nay'. That would total 235 Democrat votes versus 198 Republican votes and the bill would pass by virtue of a simple majority, not to mention the fact that 133 Republicans voted 'yea'. She can't even control her own party, but insists that it is George Bush who is at fault for all that ails us. It is my opinion that Speaker Pelosi does not want the bill to pass. I believe that the Ultra-Liberal Democrats want to see the US economy collapse so that Bush and Republicans can be blamed and to fulfill their misguided manifest destiny delusion of winning the White House in November via Barak Hussein Obama (the crook from Chicago). This is how demented the Ultra-Liberal Wing of the Democrat Party has become.

Jesus was not a 'community organizer'

It seems that Democrats Steve Cohen and Donna Brazile know little about the Bible in general and the New Testament in particular. Jesus is described by many attributes, but community organizer is not one of them. He was a carpenter, a rabbi(teacher), prophet, healer, miracle worker and Son of God. At age 12, Jesus was remembered to astound the great Jewish teachers of his time with his knowledge and understanding Jewish Scriptures, I have never read about Mr. Obama even asking one question of his religious leaders, let alone impress anyone with his knowledge of Scripture. I have yet to read any accounts of Mr.Obama healing the lame or raising the dead. What is really pathetic about this silly notion is that not only do Cohen and Brazile reveal their total ignorance of the Christian religion, but also that the throngs of Obama supporters who have echoed this absurd banter have revealed about themselves as well. One would do well to note that the father of Mr. Obama is a Muslim ne'er-do-well and that the Father of Jesus is God Almighty.

Pontius Pilate held the Title of Prefect of Judaea sometimes referred to as 'Procurator', who was appointed by the Roman Government and certainly did not hold his office by virtue of a free democratic election. It also should be noted that while Pilate could be defined as a governor, after his interrogation of Jesus at the behest of Jewish religious leaders, he declared, "I find no fault with this man". I seriously doubt that the same can be said of Mr. Obama.

The "Bush" Brush

Ultra-Liberal bloggers as well as Mr. Obama have lately been painting John McCain with broad strokes of the "Bush" brush. It reminds me of the guy who climbs a ladder and drops a few buckets of paint onto an out-stretched canvas on the floor and calls it "art". They seem to have forgotten that it was John McCain who ran against George Bush in the 2000 GOP Primary. McCain used to be a media darling for his "Maverick" style and willingness to "cross the aisle". Must be a case of selective amnesia.

Gutless in Los Angeles

Los Angeles City Council Member Bernard Parks shows his true colors: yellow. Instead of tackling one of the most important dangers to Los Angelenos, combating ruthless illegal immigrant gang members, he proposes an ordinance against smoking any where in the city where 'large groups of people may congregate'. How gutless is that? He has nothing to fear from a minority of smokers, but is scared silly of criminal gang members even after having been a Los Angeles City Police Chief. What is his rational for going after these murdering smokers? "52,000 Americans die each year from second hand smoke," he said. That is .000173% of the total population of the United States.
Last year 41,000 people died from automobile accidents, perhaps Mr Parks wants to ban automobiles in Los Angeles also. Furtheremore, Los Angeles City Council has ordered City Police Officers to NOT report illegal immigration status of arrested criminals to the appropriate Federal Agencies. What's wrong with this picture? Hint: "1984" by George Orwell. It is not the "right wing" of government that needs to be feared, it is an Ultra-Liberal (Communist) form of government. Bernard Parks should be ashamed of himself and resign.

We can't drill our way out?

I generally don't answer a question with another question, however, in this case I'm going to make an exception. The media has been parroting the hysterical mantra that insists that "we can't drill our way out of this mess".
My question is why not?
Liberals insist that it would take 10 years to bring new oil to market. Why do they so confidently assert this so-called fact? It is because they (the Liberals) have made it so. The required "Environmental Impact Report" alone can take 3 years to develop. Excessively stringent environmental and land-use regulations have made it nearly impossible to drill for new oil. Any oil industry analyst will tell you that they could be pumping oil in some cases within a year and in others in 2 years. When I was growing up in Western Pennsylvania and anyone said I can't do this or I can't do that, they were immediately chided by the refrain, "you won't know until you try".
The curious aspect of the "We Can't" delegation is that they insist that drilling won't do anything to bring down the cost of gasoline. Huh? First Nancy "I'm Totally Clueless" Pelosi has insisted on tapping the Strategic Oil Reserve, by the way, she is after all trying to SAVE THE PLANET, and now even the Democratic Nominee Barak Obama has jumped on the band wagon to tap the Strategic Oil Reserve which will, "give America a break in gasoline prices". The terms preposterous and hypocritical should come to mind to any reasonable thinker. Obviously you can't have it both ways. If tapping the Strategic Oil Reserve will reduce prices at the pump, why wouldn't drilling for new oil have the same effect? The Democratic Leadership must be thinking that the American Voters are the most stupid individuals on the Planet and should therefore be treated with utter contempt. It is my opinion that the American Citizen Voter must either be insane to vote for Mr. Obama or Mrs. Pelosi this fall, or else must enjoy being insulted by the intelligentsia elite and treated like little children. President Bush is quite right to insist that the Strategic Oil Reserve is for EMERGENCIES and not for political expediency to get Democrats elected in November. Argh.

Energy Crisis

Has anyone heard anything on the nightly news (cable or otherwise) about a balanced approach to the current energy crisis? It is about as obvious as the elephant in the room that nobody seems to notice. Doesn't common sense dictate that a two-fold solution is the only viable one? Lest anyone should be deluded about the high price of foreign oil, take notice of the operative word 'FOREIGN'. The current economic crisis is caused solely by the purchase of foreign oil to the tune of 700 billion dollars annually, 3 times the cost of the entire Iraq War. I say drill here, drill now and at the same time, provide incentives to the private sector (that would be tax breaks to those of you who are registered Democrats) to develop realistic alternative energy solutions, not some pie-in-the-sky oratory by Al Gore who probably never had a real job in his whole life. It would take a windmill farm the size of Connecticut just to provide New York City with it's electrical needs. Of course we could demand that the current residents of Kansas leave their homes so that we can build a giant solar grid array and locate it centrally in the Country. Nuclear power plants are not only clean and safer than 30 years ago, they are also cheap compared to any other source. Did I mention that we have enough coal in the U.S. to power all of the current coal-fired plants for the next 100 years? It is high time for the citizens in this country to wake up and not be taken in by these Environmental-Communists and DEMAND realistic solutions to our current energy crisis. We need to stop the flow of U.S Dollars to countries that don't even like us (nor we them). No reasonable person is against developing alternate energy sources, but such massive changes in infrastructure alone will take 20 years. We can't wait that long. The most recent propaganda spiel being bantered about by the anti-oil Chicken Littles is that 'Big Oil' is sitting on non-producing oil leases. How stupid do they think we are? If these so-called GREEDY oil companies have all of this vast acreage of non-producing oil leases, does anyone really believe that with the price of oil about $130 a barrel that they wouldn't be pumping oil with everything they have? I distinctly remember that when Nancy 'I'm Totally Clueless' Pelosi took over as Speaker of the House in 2006, the price of gasoline was about $2.60 a gallon. Ms Pelosi was outraged. She swore on a stack of Bibles, 2 Korans and a Torah that she would do everything in her power to bring the price of gasoline down! Gas costs about $4.40 now. Duh. She has the unmitigated gall to call George Bush a failure.
Has anyone considered that even if giant wind farms and solar grid arrays could be built in a reasonable amount of time that the same environmental lunatics who protest and sue over oil wells and forest management will also protest and sue over windmills and solar panels in areas that they deem off limits? It is time for level headed people to stand up and be counted. Enough of this liberal wrongheadedness. While many honest well meaning people are involved with this agenda of destroying the current economic status of the United States may be good intentioned, the results will be disastrous.

Who cares if other countries don't like Americans? Personally, I don't believe that. If they hate us so much, why do they pour in annually in such numbers that we needed to regulate legal immigration. Oh yeah, it's not the people of the U.S. that they don't like, it's the government. Huh? They hate the most generous government of the Free World? What government gives as much money to Africa for Aids and malnutrition. Oh they don't like our use of 25% of the world's oil. Well, for the uninformed, we produce 25% of the World GNP, a little stated fact. That is correct, we (3% of the World's population) produce 25% of the World GNP. The United States is also the World's largest producer of Almonds, Blueberries, Cow Milk, Cranberries, Grapefruit, Green Corn (Maize), Sorghum, Soybeans, Strawberries and String Beans.
According to the United Nations Agricultural Database (Statistics Division) also lists the United States as the second highest producer of Apples, Cherries, Eggs, Honey, Hops, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Oranges, Pistachios, Spinach, Tomatoes and Walnuts.
The U.S. is the third largest producer of Asparagus, Avocados, Carrots, Grapes. Hazelnuts, Linseed, Oats, Peaches, Pears, Green Peas, Raspberries, Safflower Seed, Onions, Sugar Beets and Wheat. Etc., etc., etc.
How many C.A.R.E. packages are shipped out of the U.S. per year? How many countries does the Red Cross operate? Does anyone believe that the majority of the World's population hates America? Ask a South Korean, ask an Israeli, ask a Ukrainian, ask an Armenian, ask a Filippino, ask an Afghan or any purple fingered Iraqi. How many countries ever said thank you or ever paid back their share of the cost of WWI or WWII? Are there really American citizens who lie awake at night wondering why the French don't like us? How many American citizens really care if the Europeans don't like us? I've seen on the blogs that some foreigners consider the US a 'laughing-stock'. Who was laughing when we landed a man on the moon? Who was laughing when we received transmissions from the Mars Landers? Who was laughing as they viewed in awe the photographs from the Hubble Space Telescope? Who was laughing when Ronald Reagan gave a speech at the Brandenburg Gate challenging M. Gorbachev to 'tear down this wall'? I could go on.....

Chinese Earthquake

I almost forgot to mention the lack of comment from ANY media outlet concerning the deployment of Chinese Soldiers to the scene of the earthquake. There I was, watching the mainstream media news broadcast about the earthquake in China THE DAY AFTER the big jolt. There they were, 30,000 troops on scene digging through the rubble. Where did the 30,000 soldiers come from and how did they get them there so fast? Talk about Rapid Deployment. Did this even raise a few eyebrows at the Pentagon? It should. The Chinese government mustered and deployed 30,000 soldiers to the scene of an unscheduled natural disaster in less than 24 hours. 'Nuf said.

United States of Africa

What the World needs is a United States of Africa. The Continent is rampant with ruthless, murdering, corrupt, vile and Godless tin horn war lords who are a plague to humanity. As in the model of The United States of America, "in order to form a more perfect Union", Africa needs to unite as States under a common Federal Planned Union. This would allow for a Central Government with the ability the muster a Federal Army viable enough to rid the Continent of even it's worst war-mongering psycho-paths. How about an Interstate Highway system? Railroads, etc., you get the picture. Africa is such a vast beautiful Continent that it seems such a waste to mankind to see it in such disarray. Who is willing to step up to the plate and challenge the corruption of the political hyenas of Africa? Anyone? This is, after all, the 21st Century.

What ever happened to the Chicken Hawk?

Remember the ol' tried and true Ultra-Liberal straw man smear that became known as the "Chicken Hawk"? The false premise was that since Bush had never been in combat that he had no right to start a war in Iraq. The implication of that argument is that NO ONE would be qualified to be President of the United States, hence Commander-in Chief of the Armed Forces, unless he/she was a combat veteran. That would narrow down the candidate pool a little. It would be like saying that if you have never been a policeman, you have no right to call the cops, or that if you have never been a fireman, you have no right to ask a brave firefighter to run into a burning building to rescue a loved one. Since no one, even the most radical Leftist, would dare call a decorated war hero and former POW a 'Chicken Hawk', they do the next best thing: Find an incompetent retired General (Wesley Clark) to denigrate John McCain's honorable service to his Country and declare that he doesn't have any real experience to be Commander-in-Chief. The term gall is insufficient. Shutzpa is better. As if Barry Hussein Obama is qualified for anything other than the poster child for Affirmative Action.

Eleanor Roosevelt, not to be outdone by Al Gore's recent endorsement of Barry Hussein Obama, spoke to Hillary via fireside evening chat and asked her to convey her endorsement of Barry Hussein Obama. Mrs. Roosevelt also indicated that she would be relocating to Chicago in the near future in order to vote for him.

Why I am not a Liberal nor a Democrat

1. I, unlike many others such as Noam Chomsky, John Kerry, et al, have come to grips with the fact that I was wrong about the War in Viet Nam.

2. That, no matter what the context, the end result of any abortion is the deliberate killing of an innocent human being whose right to "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" will never be realized. I can not understand how anyone can be anti-capital punishment, that is to say that killing a convicted murderer by execution, yet support a woman's right to pay a doctor (Hipprocratic Oath notwithstanding) to brutally butcher a developing innocent human infant. History will surely look back on these abortion years as truly barbaric.

3. I have learned that most "Liberals" are not actually liberal at all, but intolerant of others views, hateful and mean-spirited and that the assertion of this very description of conservatives is quite the opposite. Conservatives are much more tolerant and charitable.

4. The biggest political mistake I ever made was voting for Jimmy Carter, who, in my humble opinion, was the worst President in the 20th Century, bar none. I lived through those years during his administration as interest rates soared to over 20%, the National unemployment average was 7.9% (13% in my home state of Pennsylvania) and to his bungling capitulation to the Muslim Extremists who over ran our Embassy in Tehran. The Carter Administration effort to enact the "Windfall Profits" Tax on American oil companies because OPEC controlled the flow of oil was patently absurd just as it will be currently as some Democrats are calling for. It solved nothing and not only did not improve our energy resources, but in fact made them worse. He also gutted our military and turned the CIA into the Keystone Cops.

5. I think that the turning point for me was when I saw Ronald Reagan on world wide television, challenging the head of Soviet Russia, "Mr Gorbachev, tear down that wall." I honestly believe that the stunning collapse of the former Soviet Union was brought about through the vision and determination of Mr. Reagan's efforts.

6. I am not as articulate nor as educated as some bloggers on this website and I am not a student of Archaeology, Paleontology nor am I a Physicist or an Astronomer. I do not know how old the Earth is. I do believe that the Plant Earth is capable of sustaining human life indefinitely and that the planet has a remarkable ability to recover from disasters whether caused by humans or natural causes. While oil spills like Exxon Valdez and the spill in Santa Barbara in 1969 were indeed unfortunate and regrettable, they did not cause any permanent damage to the planet. The Earth has similarly survived the tremendous impacts of gigantic asteroids and/or comets, (don't know which since I wasn't there) as evidenced by the large craters found in the middle of Arizona and in Latin America. Volcanic eruptions such as Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Pinatubo, Mt Vesuvius, etc, expelled millions of tons of harmful pollution, yet the plant survived. I nearly forgot to include how many forest fires there are each year around the World. What I find truly astonishing is that most 'global warmers' roll out a long list of man made causes for the perceived warming of the planet, but seem to ignore the tremendous impact of the largest nuclear reactor in the our Solar System, the Sun. I suspect that sun spots and solar winds have more to do with the change in Earth temperature than anything else and is also a phenomenon over which we are totally powerless. I have yet to talk to anyone who can tell me exactly how much polar ice is going to melt if the average polar temperature is -15 degrees F and Global Warming causes the temperature to rise by 1 degree. The fact is there has only been a variation of 0.6C and 0.8C over the last Century. It is interesting to note that what began as 'Global Warming' is inexplicably referred to now as 'Climate Change'. Incidentally, the Earth's atmosphere is composed of 0.037% carbon dioxide. If you look at any map, you can't miss a very large land mass in the northern hemisphere near the top of the Atlantic Ocean named Greenland, but it is not green at all, it is white since it is covered with ice and snow. How long has it been since Greenland was in fact green? Doesn't it seem likely that the planet was much warmer when Greenland was green instead of white? I believe that the global warming alarmists are nothing more than the fear mongering Chicken Littles of the 21st Century and that people like Al Gore have used the issue as a basis to become filthy rich. Talk about obscene profits.

7. The so called ‘Environmentalists’ of today are nothing more than Neo-Communists. For anyone to blame the Bush Administration for sky rocketing fuel prices is either deliberately dis-honest or incredibly clueless. The top 3 Democrats (Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barak Obama) have repeatedly blocked any effort to enhance our energy reserves since 2006. Does anyone honestly believe that by drilling for oil in the ANWAR is going to significantly affect any wildlife? The Bush Administration is asking for exploration of about 2,000 acres of land out of 19 million total acres, less than 2%.
